Code style: using 'var'

Hello @zhongkaifu : a relatively minor point, but I'd like to know where you stand on the use of var instead of explicit type declarations in C# code.

I'm asking since there are a lot of explicit type declarations in the TensorSharp code, and var would (1) make the code more compact, and (2) any type changes would not propagate to so many files changes.
Readability is not a problem since in Visual Studio, hovering over var yields the correct type definition, and you can navigate to it.

But this is a matter of style which is subject to interpretation, and I'd rather not mix styles when I contribute or change code. So... just checkin' :-)

@vvdb-architecture Thanks for mentioning this code style issue and those fixing you made. I would prefer "var" rather than explicit type declarations
