For execution as an Application Package, xcetool can generate a CWL specification.
For the alternative "xcube server" execution mode, we have nothing equivalent. Of course there are more options here than for an EOAP. But one plausible deployment environment is Kubernetes, and while it's impossible to cover all K8s deployment scenarios, xcetool could generate some simple manifests as a starting point.
But it might also make more sense just to cover this in the documentation rather than auto-generating config snippets which will have to be customized anyway.
