wasip3 target?

Currently TinyGo supports both WASI Preview 1 (wasip1) and WASI Preview 2 (wasip2) targets - TinyGo WASI docs.

With the recent release of WASI 0.3, already supported by WasmTime and soon Jco, Is Wasip3 target support planned in TinyGo?

Yes, but there's a bit of work to get there. We need to upgrade to the latest wasi-libc and llvm first.
