create a Discord server for the community

[zinzin66]

Hello,
I think it would be very helpful to create a Discord server (or page) for the Star2D project. This would:

make the project easier to discover,

improve communication between users and contributors,

centralize discussions (questions, feedback, ideas, support).

What do you think?
