status: an anchor per area and every e2e proof linked to its test

The status page listed built features as one table and named each end-to-end proof only by its
test's name. Built features are now grouped by area, each a heading a page can link to, and an
end-to-end proof links to the test's declaration in spin at the commit the page was generated
from; refgen finds it with git grep and fails on a test the tree does not have. The roadmap link
is pinned to that commit too. The evaluator's page links its table to the areas.
