This seems one of your improvable data sets.
Example: Windows Command Prompt responds that the following syntax is incorrect: mkdir -p .github/actions/joke-action
I've got the same response when I tried these things:
a. I deleted the dot.
b. I replaced the dot with: /

Good course, the mkdir for windows just requires backslashes instead of forward, seems like it confused another user.
Also, I think the one part, the description: has missing "" surrounding the text.
