        <li>Aligned stale <code>mom</code>, <code>pods</code>, and <code>web-ui</code> package versions and internal ranges to the repository's current lockstep version, <code>0.80.6</code>, so npm links renamed workspaces locally.</li>
        <li>Made the package-manager filter test assert only the package skill under test; machine-global <code>~/.agents/skills</code> discovery remains intentional.</li>
        <li>Audited word-level substitutions and restored non-brand uses of <code>pi</code>, including mathematical and Greek-alphabet tokens, vendored language definitions, and third-party package/repository names.</li>
        <li>Renamed remaining embedded source identifiers such as version-check helpers, observability examples, package-test variables, and Radius bookkeeping while preserving external API paths.</li>
        <li>Regenerated four standalone example lockfiles after the completion audit found stale <code>pi-extension-*</code> identities and dependency ranges.</li>
        <li>Regenerated lockfiles, the coding-agent shrinkwrap, installer lock, compiled package output, npm tarballs, Bun installs, and the Linux x64 archive.</li>

        <li><code>npm run check</code> passed formatting, dependency policy, generated metadata checks, TypeScript, browser smoke, and web UI checks.</li>
        <li>Focused post-audit validation passed 109 tests across agent and coding-agent.</li>
        <li><code>HOME=/tmp/shuvpi-test-home ./test.sh</code> passed: 180 agent tests, 509 AI tests, 1,538 coding-agent tests, and the TUI suite; provider/e2e tests remained intentionally skipped.</li>
        <li><code>npm run release:local -- --out /tmp/shuvpi-local-release --force</code> produced npm, Bun, and standalone Linux x64 artifacts.</li>
        <li>Active-surface grep found only documented <code>~/.shuvpi</code> migration text and external <code>pi.dev</code>/<code>pi-mono</code> provenance.</li>
        <li><code>shuvpi --version</code>, <code>--help</code>, and <code>--list-models</code> passed; the installed command resolves to this checkout. <code>shuvcode</code> still resolves to the OpenCode fork, and no <code>pi</code> command was installed.</li>
