Support for ReadableStream, Blob, and MediaSource

Hello. I would like to share an idea for new features: php-wasm could provide ReadableStream, Blob, and MediaSource support for input and output streams. With support for Blob and MediaSource for output streams, one could use the blob: URL scheme, creating blob: URLs with the URL.createObjectURL() static method.

One would, then, be able to utilize php-wasm to wield client-side PHP to generate dynamic XML documents, HTML documents, images, multimedia resources, and various other kinds of resources, to obtain Blob or MediaSource objects, and to use URL.createObjectURL() to obtain blob: URLs to provide as values for attributes of <iframe>, <a>, <link>, <img>, <picture>, <audio>, <video>, and <source> elements.

One considered technical topic involves that the output content type is set, in PHP, via the header() function, before output commences, and this content type is usefully provided when constructing a Blob.
