Build a docker container with the CASinoApp. Maybe add a docker-compose file to start the CASinoApp with an ldap and a db server.

This could help when trying out CASino because it simplifies the setup. Also when someone uses docker in the production environment, a docker container would be helpful.

The container can be published on DockerHub. This would ensure that there is an official container image.
