Fix(Core): Remove dead webservices hook registration (backport #87)

Backports the applicable part of #87 from main to 10.0/bugfixes.
The displayText() SSRF/IDOR fix and the symfony/yaml bump from #87
do not apply here: v10 never received the embedded-document-image
feature that fix targets, and stays on symfony/yaml ^5.4 (main
moved to ^7.4), so neither piece has an equivalent on this branch.
