[Feature] Ask user for confimation when closing the T3 Code Window

Currently, the exit button in Windows directly closes the whole T3 code window even when there are threads running instead of asking a confirmation. It makes the thread crash and on restart I have to give it new instruction and it will start over again.

Fix: Ask user for confirmation on exiting only when any of the threads are running.
