Add a setting to position the Working group at the top of the sidebar

The temporary Working group is useful for keeping active threads together. I’d like an option to choose where it appears in the sidebar:

• Bottom (default): Keep the current placement.
• Top: Place it above the Pinned group.

Having Working at the top would make it easier to see which threads are currently active at a glance, especially with many projects or pinned threads.
