[I] Scroll wheel stops working

.#### Expected behaviour

Spinning the mouse scroll wheel should scroll the note page if the note is longer than the height of the screen.

#### Actual behaviour

It works initially, then stops working. I have to restart QOwnNotes for it to start working again. Other applications work fine, it's only QOwnNotes that seems to have the problem. Dragging the scrolling bar, or use Page Up/Down or cursor keys work. It's just the scroll wheel that stops working.

The problem is quite recent, possibly in the last couple of months.

On Ubuntu 24.04 with KDE.
