[BUG] lagging at editing a big encrypted(?) note → #3617

the issue described in the conversation of this this ticket #3617 is reproducible:

• open a really long encrypted note (e.g. Háború és béke.md)
• add more 100-200 lines to the end with continuously typing (auto saving is working in the BG!)

deleting of ~/.config/PBE/QOwnNotes.conf fixies the problem (the entry LastUpdateCheck is growing continuously, bt I'm not sure this is related to the rootcause)

I have found this issue again after killing the process because of the memleak described in #3627 I do not know if there is any connection to that issue or not, but maybe you can alalyze it based on the info I have already written in #3617
It would be good to create a clear workspace, reproduce it and then send you all things (notes + config), but… maybe I try to debug it with my notes+config and make a patch if I find the rootcause.
