No, unified/remark/react-markdown are not interested in moving to another language.
Please don't use our discussion board to promote your language/tool.

unified aims to deliver runnable js without transforms, hence why we use jsdoc style typescript, rather than typescript syntax directly.
Yes there are many compile to js languages, https://dart.dev/, https://rescript-lang.org/, https://elm-lang.org/, https://www.purescript.org/, https://www.scala-js.org/ (to name a few) we don't use those either to keep closer to the runtime.

If the primary value would be speed, we already offer https://github.com/wooorm/markdown-rs which does far more low level optimization that JavaScript or a compile to JS language could.

If the primary consideration is reducing code size, we ship unminified, we let downstream tools compress how they want.
Have you considered sharing some of the optimizations you're doing as a PR to https://terser.org/ so that any JS project could shrink further when minified?
