How to install an .vsix extension

Hi, i try to install a .vsix extension (this extension is VS Code compatible) but i can't found how i can instal the .vsix file to install the plug-in. Thanks a lot, have a nice day

Phoenix is built on the brackets platform and is not based on vscode. So vsix extensions dont run currently in phcode.

thanks a lot, i have to make an AutoLISP project, is there a way to make Phoenix recognize language?
