eclipse-score/communication#767 : Problem is quite hard to fix. Discussions ongoing on what architectural level a fix is best placed.
More news next week.

Ruff was introduced in the CI and is enforced.
All linters are enforced.
Checklist checker is enabled but currently has no checklist to enforce. E.g. this is a noop in the CI.
