FreeBrowse: A browser-based neuroimaging viewer

FreeBrowse is a browser-based neuroimaging viewer built on top of niivue

You can try it out at: https://freesurfer.github.io/freebrowse/

It can:

• Run in full-stack mode (with a backend)
• Run in standalone mode (no backend)
• Let you share links with colleagues, e.g.
  • A FreeSurfer segmentation overlayed on a t1-weighted anatomical MRI; from openneuro.org
  • PET total volume of distribution (VT) overlaid on an MNI template
• Create single HTML files embedded with imaging data that can be shared and used without internet access
• Integrate with Jupyter Lab/Notebook
• and more!
