Hi all,
I've been running PicoShare in my homelab for a while now and really appreciate how lightweight and self-contained it is — exactly the kind of tool I want to self-host.
A few things kept bugging me on mobile though: the web view feels clunky on iOS, there's no way to select and upload multiple files at once, and there's no option to download a batch as a zip. None of these are big issues, but together they made day-to-day use on my phone a bit annoying.
So I ended up building a native SwiftUI client for myself: picaroa. It's free, will stay free, no ads, no tracking — just an optional donation if it's useful to you too. Figured others running PicoShare might run into the same friction, so sharing it here in case it helps:

Happy to hear feedback — and thanks again for PicoShare itself, it's a great project.
Warm regards,
Sven
