Configurable State Stores

Will workflows support configurable state stores, e.g., database? Say I want to implement the event sourcing pattern. I have no way to plug in to MAF workflows at present, so I can't use them with the pattern. It would be lovely if I could use workflows as the fluent API, and then have a postgresql database + EF, or better Wolverine + Marten, as the durable backend.

I note this is a feature LangGraph comes with out of the box.
