[Feature]: Easy seed accessor across the entire codebase

🤔 Problem Description

Users should use a single seed across the entire database and we should make it easy to change it and view it anywhere.
Currently is implemented in ModelDF, but it's not exposed as a property (also AgentsDF and AgentSetPolars should be able to access it)

💡 Proposed Solution

Create a property for all public classes (maybe a Seed Mixin?).

I've reviewed the problem description, and the SeedMixin solution sounds like a clean and effective approach. I can work on creating this mixin to expose the seed as a property and then integrate it into the public classes like SpenNN and SpenHitters

Hi @adamamer20 , I'd like to work on this issue.
My plan is to add a seed property to these classes:

• AbstractAgentSet in abstract/agentset.py
• AbstractAgentSetRegistry in abstract/agentsetregistry.py
• Space in space.py

Are there any suggestions you would like to give me?
