Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Stream repository and its published artifacts.

1. License scope

Unless a file states otherwise, the repository code is released under the Apache License 2.0. See LICENSE and NOTICE.

That license applies to the repository's code and documentation. It does not automatically transfer ownership of third-party source material referenced or analyzed by the repo.

2. Third-party data and content

Some analysis surfaces in Stream depend on public metadata, committed derivative artifacts, or reference links to third-party services and datasets.

You are responsible for checking the terms, licenses, and reuse posture of any third-party source before reusing it outside the scope documented in this repository.

3. No warranty

Stream is provided as a public research and analysis surface.

It is provided without warranty of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement beyond the Apache License 2.0 disclaimer already included with the code.

4. No professional advice

Nothing in this repository is legal advice, compliance advice, investment advice, employment advice, or editorial advice.

The outputs can help structure questions. They do not replace responsible human review.

5. Responsible reuse

If you reuse Stream or build on it, do not:

  • imply LOOPCHii endorses your derivative conclusions
  • strip away the source boundary between synthetic and public data
  • present exploratory findings as settled fact without verifying them
  • use the repository as cover for unlawful scraping, surveillance, or privacy-invasive data collection

6. Attribution

If you redistribute substantial parts of this repository or cite its outputs, keep:

  • the Apache 2.0 license notice and NOTICE file for repository code
  • attribution for third-party data sources where required
  • clear acknowledgment when a surface is synthetic, derived, or public metadata only

7. Questions or concerns

If you believe a file, dataset, or documentation claim needs correction, open an issue so the public record can be updated in the open.
