[docs]: Add nested level count in sample JSON under the Getting Started section in README

Overview

At the moment, the recently added nested level count of each component is not yet documented so users may not know the information is available.

Expected Behavior

• Replace the sample JSON output with a new one with information on the nested level count of each component under the Output subsection
