Context:
having a customer scan a lightning invoice with their camera is cumbersome.
It is easier for a customer to just present a QR code. This is also how Alipay/Venmo works and it is a very convenient way to pay.
Paying with a boltcard is basically letting a TPOS withdraw from a wallet.
Boltcards are expensive hardware.
It would be cheaper to let the customer present a QR code (lnurlw) to the TPOS. This way, no hardware is needed!

As a user I can pay by just showing a QR code (e.g. a LUD17 QR code from the withdraw links extension).
As a merchant I can choose 'scan' button on checkout, to charge the amount.
Additionally:
A separate LNBits core feature request could describe how, similar to LUD17 withdraw QR code, a user can set withdrawal limits and have easy access to this QR code via their wallet
