URL-Detector is abandoned?

There are several issues (including fixes in pull requests) that are unaddressed in a long time. Could this be handed over to other maintainers? @tzuhanjan can you comment?

@pgalbraith it seems like your fork has already fixed many of the issues on this repo ... It might become the actively maintained fork of this project?

I'm fine with that, I can accept PR from others who want to contribute. If nobody from LinkedIn steps up to actively maintain then I'm inclined to create a GitHub organization for the community to continue maintenance of this library.

Creating a community is probably a good idea also to spread the burden of being a maintainer and to avoid abandonment in the future. It seems that there are enough people that like and are using this library to build a small community around it.
