SourceRank blurb on the project page is meaningless #3567

Description

@pboling

It is lacking the most important information.

Is a higher score, or a lower score, better?

It seems like a higher score would be better, but then why is the number of dependencies considered as additive to the point total? Having fewer dependencies is generally preferable.

It's a very confusing scoring system. Please add lots more documentation explaining how it works, and the theory behind why things are pointed as they are.
