New release with context function name fix

# Overview

Commit https://github.com/lambci/crambda/commit/fa9ad07bfdf45af16e0bea0b8ced4671b7545415 fixed a bug with `context.function_name` using `AWS_LAMBDA_RUNTIME_API` instead of `AWS_LAMBDA_FUNCTION_NAME`. However, a new release with this bug fix was never created.

## Proposal

Create a new patch version.
