Goal

Integrate seamlessly into Argo providing traces&metrics for the different Argo projects.

Details

With the suggestion and approval from the GC (see keptn/community#355) we should look into providing better observability and integrations with Argo projects.
From #2850, we have the following planned:

• Argo CD: observability of deployments, UI extensions that show graphs for KeptnMetrics
• Argo Rollouts: integrate Keptn analyses into Argo experiments
• Argo Workflows: provide observability

Can you please elaborate on what benefit keptn would provide when used together with argo rollouts?
It's under my impression that keptn provides similar functionality to argo rollouts is somewhat "competing" with it.
