Research possible integration with Crossplane

Goal

Crossplane is a CNCF project that focuses on enabling organizations to manage their infrastructure and applications across multiple cloud providers using a unified control plane and CRs. Make a research and come up with a strategy how it would be possible to integrate Keptn with Crossplane.

Questions for the research

• Is it possible to integrate Keptn with Crossplane?
• How we can use Keptn to provide obserbavility data for Crossplane infrastructure releases?
• Possible use case: use pre-deployment tasks to check if infrastructure can deployed by Crossplane and observe the Crossplane CRDs

If possible, let's create a small PoC as part of this research (in the points where it makes sense).
