Feature: open terminal for worktree #229

Description

@bartolomej

I first tried claud-cquad, but then switched to ccmanager because it was more extensible/configurable (I needed to define a custom worktree setup script).

So far its working pretty great, but the main thing I'm missing is the ability to interact/spawn a terminal for the current worktree session. I understand that claude-quad can do that because its using tmux, while ccmanager doesn't work that way.

But I wonder if there could be a simpler helper command that at least spawns a new terminal session in a new window/tab. And potentially there could be a shortcut to spawn your default IDE in that dir as well.

I oftentimes want to inspect the environment/output of my Claude agent without interacting with the agent terminal itself. I haven't found a seamless way to do that yet.
