immichFrame not launching when immich server is not reachable even with cached images available

Since the newer Versions immichFrame does not launch anymore when the immich server is not reachable. In my mind this goes against the idea of offline caching photos for just such an occasion, doesn't it?

Caching photos is just meant to save hits on your immich server to pull photos (since the client already has it cached). Also, this is only a startup check, and the server needs to be available at that point for the first batch request no matter what. Or am I misunderstanding?
