[Feature] Live Photo support

I would like ImmichFrame to fully support Live Photos from both iOS and Android. The proposed behavior is:

• When displaying a Live Photo, the video component of the Live Photo is loaded and played full screen on repeat until the display duration for the asset is complete.
• The original image should be shown immediately as a placeholder while the video loads, so the video does not need to be reloaded on each loop.

Technical Details:

• The Immich API provides a livePhotoVideoId for assets that are Live Photos.
• This property contains an assetId that can be used to request the video component as a normal video asset.
