Implement Typesense search

What would you like to be added:
As part of the effort to improve search, Typesense should be explored as a possible search engine.

Why is this needed:
Typesense offers:

• hybrid search (semantic + keyword search)
• self-hosting
• similar configuration options to Algolia DocSearch: Typesense uses a customized version of DocSearch (refer to Search for Documentation Sites)

Definition of Done:

• Implement Typsense locally
• Enable hybrid search
