Adopt LSP server

I wanted to open an issue to discuss the potential adoption of https://github.com/hatoo/egglog-language-server. Thank you @hatoo for starting this project. Since it was created we have added different features to egglog that make the current LSP not be able to parse all of egglog's syntax.

I would propose transferring or forking this repo into the egglog organization to help maintain it. I personally am open to helping maintain this package.

@hatoo no worries, thanks for your work on it! We don't need to transfer it, I am curious if you have a preference either way and if you want to continue maintaining it?

I think I can't continue https://github.com/hatoo/egglog-language-server actively.
If you maintain egglog-language-server you can quickly up to date with egglog changes.
So I want you to maintain egglog-language-server, but it's relatively easy to maintain because claude is clever enough.
