[Feature Request] - Add 10/15 second seek backward and forward controls to media notification and lock screen

Add seek backward, seek forward and next song/podcast-episode actions to Tempo's Android media controls.

Currently, the media notification and lock-screen controls only provide Play/Pause and Previous.

It would be useful to have dedicated controls to quickly jump backward or forward by a few seconds.

Suggested controls

For example:

• Seek backward 10 or 15 seconds
• Play / Pause
• Seek forward 10 or 15 seconds

These controls should be available globally and not only for podcasts.

They should work with regular music, podcasts, audiobooks, mixes, recordings, and other audio played through Tempo.

Where the controls should appear

At minimum:

• Android media notification
• Lock-screen media controls

If supported by Android's media session integration, the same seek actions could also be exposed to other compatible media-control surfaces.

Current behavior

The Android media controls currently expose:

• Play / Pause
• Next

There are no dedicated short seek backward or forward actions or next song/episode functions.

Expected behavior

Tempo should expose short seek backward and seek forward actions and a next song/podcast-episode through Android's media controls.

A seek interval of 10 or 15 seconds would be suitable. If possible, the interval could also be configurable.
