v2.4

feat(diagram): Diagram.expand on a traversal plan

feat: PostgreSQL is the default backend

build: make the database drivers optional extras

test(diagram): reference model and properties for Diagram.expand

fix(declare): refuse a part reference that closes a master-part group cycle

feat: database.name namespaces schema names on MySQL

Diagram.restrict: apply Part conditions through the Master to preserve master-part compositional integrity

Trustworthy garbage collection: complete reference discovery (#1469) + race-safe deletion (#1445)

Two-phase, transaction-safe garbage collection (quarantine -> grace -> purge)

Require the codec `context` kwarg: remove connection context from the `key` dict

Public access to hidden attributes (_job_*, _prov): no reader exists

`to_arrays()` can't read the hidden job-metadata attributes that `job-metadata.md` documents

Rename the table tiers to a consistent axis — `dj.Entry`, `dj.Ingest`, `dj.Compute` (keep `Manual`/`Imported`/`Computed` as permanent aliases)

database.name should namespace schema names on MySQL, as it does on PostgreSQL

Drafting: declare and populate new tables in memory, beside the pipeline's tables on the server

A part table that references a table downstream of its own master breaks delete, drop, trace and list_tables on the connection

Diagram.trace: descend through master-part boundaries (Merge-table upstream tracing)

Database drivers become optional extras

PostgreSQL becomes the default backend

gc: drop jobs tables whose table no longer exists

A single setting to disable all schema changes (DDL) at run time, Lookup contents included
