Bump Coraza version to v3.7.0

Sync crowdsecurity/coraza fork to latest stable release (at the time of writing it's v3.7.0)

Why is this needed?

In v3.5.0 a feature was merged that added support for regex within ruleRemoveTargetById, ruleRemoveTargetByTag and ruleRemoveTargetByMsg.

And perfomance improvements were added in v3.7.0 which are always nice.
