EOL dependency found

When utilising the task it pushes a warning notification into the log stream on my agents:

@JoshuaTheMiller, are u able to take a look into this issue? It seems the issue might've already been resolved through pullrequests but the release pipeline doesn't seem to have done its job.

The EOL issue is caused the tasks are set to compile with es6 which is deprecated, it should be updated to es2022 now (File authenticated-scripts/tasks/tsconfig.json):

The pull request created by dependabot failed to merge, since the ADO test pipeline is set to run with runner Ubuntu 1604 which is not available any more, seems this is a configuration in ADO side and could not be fixed with pull request.

And the dependencies for tasks need be updated (authenticated-scripts/tasks/powershell/package.json and authenticated-scripts/tasks/bash/package.json):
