fix: playground DB를 git에 포함 + 언어별 분리

- .gitignore: docs/**/playground/*.db 예외 추가
- ko/en 각각의 playground DB 생성 (한국어/영어 데이터)
- 404 문제 해결 (DB 파일이 git 미추적이었음)
