Fail2ban change to have ipset and not only ufw?

Ufw is much slower when there is hundreds of bans. Ipset would work better. Just a idea. Thanks

Hey just thought I let you know after researching a bit I switched from ipset to nftables-allports in jail.local.

It works well and I think it's better solution and also nftables is usually already available on all supported systems whereas we will have to install ipset.
