Testing svelte based event tool on dev

• password should be mandatory
• location and time should be mandatory, or the view should be changed if there are not filled
• language should be marked as mandatory with a red star
• negative participants number should be not allowed (actually in this case the tool doesn't work)
• mailaddress under cc didn't get the mail - did work (was in the trash)
