Issues with editing multipart features

Users were reviewing the following issues related to creating new features:

• Create new features #6
• Create and modify project feature geometries #20
• Upload a feature's geometry #8

Upon their initial review the following issues were found. Consensus so far is that most of the problems are related to multipart features and not being able to edit a single polygon at a time. The same notes have been documented in this Google Doc.

• When the user clicks to the update feature, it just goes back to the same as before. Does not always save changes to vertices.

• User attempted to create a new feature on a project by drawing a few polygons. When they tried to save the feature, this error was thrown: "Failed to create feature” error.

• Can’t delete a single feature that is part of a multi-part feature. You have to delete the whole thing and re-upload/draw the parts that you want to keep. This is something you can do in the current app.

• User attempted uploading one of their more complex features and it loaded successfully on the map, but they were unable to save with error: “internal”. They then cleaned and simplified that feature and got the same saving error.
