Tests: Use the recognized ID ordering in a query test.

Merges [64016] to the 7.0 branch, limited to the `orderby` correction in `tests/phpunit/tests/query/thePost.php`. The sticky-post and canonical rewrite changes are not included.

Use `ID` instead of `id` so the query orders child pages by their IDs rather than falling back to their shared date.
