Optimize turn frequency / efficiency

Adjust the single worker Phase 1-5 system.

1) Continue with current system for thread generation (mostly efficient) and skips many post with cheap Sonnet relevance review
2) Fork threads into new workers that can operate in rapid alternating bot conversation
