Bug with show annotate controls

Hi,
I wanted to change your shortcut for ANNOTATE without controls to make it easier.
I changed it to ^T.
When I hit this it make the toolbar go away which is perfect- however when I hit it again it does not reappear.
I changed it back to your original shortcut and that did not work either.

Have anything to do with that I am using caps lock to keep interactive mode on?
