Feature Description
for some channels, the streamer may opt to pause redeems or put a reedeem on cool down, but the use does not want to repeatedly spam redeem to guess when redeems will go up
in this feature, there will be a button to "queue" the redeem. when set, 7tv will ping twitch servers every ~0.5 secs to attempt a reedeem or when the time runs out, or when the same item is seen redeem by other members. if sucessfull, the redeem is unqueued and the user has the option to be "pinged" when the redeem goes through
