[CMS] No way to update credential data

Hello,
Currently, the data credential is read-only, there's no updateCredential part of OSIA API. We can only update the credential status (or the credential request)

another discussion: why having dedicated suspend/revoke methods when the generic updateStatus would do the job in a more flexible way... ? :)

However, in some cases, we could have to update the credential data after issuance (post-issuance), most of the time for data in the chip and not printed (contacts, certificates...).
We should have a way to update credential data.
