Joining Kirin Slack

Can I ask here a question about the Kirin Slack channel, please?
On the main Kirin page under the Community heading you encourage people to join the Slack channel.
However, the invitation does not work unless the contributor has a QuEra email.
Are people from outside of QuEra able & welcome to join the Slack channel? If so, to whom do we ask to get permission?
