Privacy brushes? Mosaic/blur brushes are one thing I feel are sorely needed.

Hey,
I use pinta for quick edits to images. I am not an artist or a media creator. But I find that Blur or Mosaic brush is a missing tool that is needed more often. I can do this on my phone's default gallery app but to do this on my linux pc I need to install GIMP. Gimp is very complicated for simple layman like me who is image editor illiterate. But I find I need these tools more and more nowadays.
