[Issue] Minor Jihad-era planet ownership, description nitpicking

Brief Description *

Minor nitpicky things for the Jihad-era - based on the [https://www.sarna.net/wiki/Curse_of_Galedon#cite_note-JHS:3070p48-1](Curse of Galedon) and the planet pages themselves from BT wiki, citing Jihad: Hot Spots and Jihad: Final Reckoning, the worlds of Valentina and Weisau should be owned by Clan Snow Raven starting mid- to late-May 3069.

Also, the planet description for Galedon notes that CSR in 3068 was responsible for unleashing the Curse, while the article above says that it was the fighting between the AFFS and DCMS in April 3069 instead.

Also, Galedon is not completely sterilized (with nuclear fire) until February 14th 3070 when the DCMS finally gets around to it.
